have you tried turning it off and then on again? serious question. i’ve had a ts4 since it came out. i semi-regularly need to power cycle it to fix the same symptoms.

We can now do linked trust ranking, we can do near real-time notifications, we ought not to need to rely on extractive corporations to get a heads-up from communities we belong to that something awful is happening close by.

This whole situation is reminding me that Citizen app should not cost $20 bucks a month and this is the type of thing that maybe could benefit from a cooperative governance model and a public broadcast network.

i like to think of authenticated transfer as an application layer protocol and protocol suite for internet accounts. i would not put a number on it. i think what i was getting at in conversation about it is that we all have different mental models. atproto contains multitudes :p
