Right now I’m reading Parenting the New Teen in the Age of Anxiety by John Duffy, and this is pretty much the entire premise of the book. Stop judging your kid and start lifting them up.
Keezy Young🌼honestly if you have a teenager in your life and you're tempted to make jokes about how they're a teenager, maybe instead tell them they're doin okay and you love them and you wanna see whatever thing they're working on. stop making fun. they're near universally not at a place where it feels funny
