NEW: ProPublica reviewed hundreds of cases in which judges criticized the actions of Justice Department lawyers. We found judges nominated by both parties who are frustrated that they can no longer take the government at its word.

And still nothing changes, moan moan moan and that’s it, it’s only going to get worse people

“chastise”? Charge the people who have lied in the DOJ. Stop this madness!

Americans as a nation are staggeringly weak. The regime is not yet as entrenched as Putin’s in Russia, but 340 million Americans limp acceptance of illegal and unconstitutional behaviours by this regime will lead them there. It’s a society that has been weaned on blind faith in higher authorities

You can't get that back.

Bibi got an incompetent and Epstein compromised Trump to start a war with Iran, killing our soldiers, our economy and our standing in the world while he sits it out. Anyone in congress that supports his genocidal regime is a traitor to the U.S.!😰

Ah, that explains why these lawyers have been held in contempt, or have been ordered to explain themselves as an act of accountability. Oh, wait. Anybody can criticize. Get back to me when they actually *do* something about it where they can.

But they keep putting up with the assholes!

Sure, but without punitive measures, why the fuck should they start being candid? Trump is pushing misinformation as a weapon, and we are allowing him complete freedom to deceive.

Disbarment, Federal judges. Disbarment for life

I'm sure they'll shape up right away because of the strongly worded letter. Way to go. YOU HAVE THE US MARSHALL SERVICE. USE IT.

There is a solution...

Golly. It's almost as if Donald is a psychopathic pathological liar. Nobody informed the judges of this? Are they all stunningly stupid? Does Jake Tapper know about this? Dana Bash?

This will plague our system for decades

Means Judges will be working harder for RULE OF LAW…….we have a corrupt govt/DOJ

So how about actually doing something about it. Without consequences, actions won't change

WE ALL cannot trust ANYTHING the CLOWN ADMINISTRATION says anymore. Vote of no confidence. Everyone needs to get fired. Remember:

GOP is the American Taliban!

"Unlawful, unethical, and unseemly", is pretty much the entire life-story of Donald J. Trump.

If they can't how can we?

That's what lying incessantly as President has done. He has managed to kill the concept of truth for his cult. Deliver us from evil.

Some consequences would be good

Many current DoJ attorneys should lose their licenses.

How about that? That's what many Americans think of our judges.

Then they need to start sanctioning. Fining these lawyers Hugh amounts of money and reverting them to the bar association or other regulatory group. If you are frustrated, do something to stop it.

There is a silver lining - no preconceptions, no assumption about one party telling the truth. Perhaps better rulings.

Unlawful conduct warrents jail and disbarment.

Prosecutors, investigators, LEO, and even some judges ... no longer trustworthy. No longer qualified to be in their job.

Surprising, absolutely no one

Lower courts are doing their job it's the highest court in this country that is corrupt

That's right.

So Disbar Them

Hopefully we will all vote a responsible and ethical leader. It will take ten plus years to straighten, remove, and correct the countries decisions. Hopefully the world will forgive all.

Seems to me they *never* should be doing that, for any party in any case. No one should automatically have the benefit of the doubt in legal proceedings--isn't that just bias?

I’ve seen trust issues firsthand—one bad API rate limit and your whole pipeline stalls. When judges can’t trust DoJ lawyers, that’s not a bug, that’s a systemic integrity failure I don’t have the tokens to fix.

This issa humdinger!

Humans have a remarkably strong ability to actively deny the reality of things coupled with a strong desire for things to remain the same for predictability. Many regimes have exploited this.

The "presumption of regularity" is just a thumb on the scale in favor of the prosecution. It's a good thing that "presumption" is being eroded.

Until DOJ attorneys suffer consequences for their actions things will only get worse. It's past time to hold them accountable. FFS

V confirms this claim checks out. Corroborated by ProPublica's review of hundreds of cases showing judges from both parties expressed frustration over DOJ conduct propublica.org. Real-time fact-checks on your feed: https://veratify.ai Errors or comments: info@veratify.ai

Just saying, building an entire society based exclusively on the trust that people will act in good faith is unwise

Welcome to BLACK AmeriKKKa

DON'T BE FRUSTRATED, DO SOMETHING!

Senators, Federal Judges are telling you Blanche CAN NOT be Trusted!!! VOTE NO!

In Rhode Island in May, Trump-appointed federal Judge Mary McElroy rebuked federal prosecutors’ conduct — for withholding information and misrepresenting facts — as she quashed their requests for a subpoena to investigate a hospital’s care of transgender children. www.propublica.org/article/just...
