Sorry! I double checked the original post, and got a lot of the needed info. Yeah that looks a LOT like the SSD issue. Maybe check Alienware’s website to see if they have any updated drivers for your SSD, or any BIOS updates for the MOBO. If they do not, try to check devices to get the SSD name.1/2
