Gay discourse at the moment is at a low level. While we soberly argue the appropriateness of using the word ”queer” affirmatively, we are fiddling with “fagcent” like a new toy we can’t leave alone. I don’t love fagcent. I guess it’s an attempt to reclaim, but that one will come back to bite.
