What Trump did NOT do was even purport to show a single ineligible voter voted in the 2020 election, or that any voting machines were actually compromised, voting machines or voter registration databases breached, or election results inaccurately reported.

I am surprised you even point it out. Of course he didn’t. Also of course that doesn’t matter. He doesn’t feel the need to prove anything and so are his supporters all the way to the Supreme Court.

I think he feels he was laying down a self-referential marker that he will refer to in the future as justification. "Election interference, as I so perfectly described in my prime time address, is the reason why I am mobilizing the military and suspending the election."
