Justin Kennedy, the son of former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, was a high-ranking executive at Deutsche Bank who oversaw real estate loans for Donald Trump.

This is the biggest problem. These transactions came from around the world, and will almost certainly open a can of worms involving multiple governments and (former)heads of state. That's why they're guarding them.
