Anyway, it was nice to see him actually play Spider-Man and not just Iron Man, Jr.

I heard someone once describe Tom Holland's American accent as a Marty McFly impression and I haven't been able to unhear it since.

Interesting, considering he's had the same dialect coach for all four movies.

I haven't seen this yet, but I thought his accent in previous films sounded like he was imitating Bobby Flay.

This seems to be a deliberate choice because he's spending most of his time with people on the streets of New York rather than just his friends, his accent has gotten stronger.

I thought he was trying to lay on a thick accent to hide who he is from DeWolff.

The new accent gave me Columbo vibes a couple times

Yes! I honestly wondered if he was supposed to be doing a thing where he hid his voice with a different accent when in costume.

I noticed that too. He was trying to do more of a NYC accent rather than generic American. Also was pleasantly surprised how well the inclusion of Punisher worked. Great chemistry between the actors. And I felt some character growth for Punisher.
