I just reported a ghosting from 11 years ago —a company that flew me to NY and seemed to like me enough to get back to me with a “no” at the very least—because I hold grudges.
Tanya GoldmanI’ve worked in several industries. Ghosting is omnipresent. Post-interview ghosting is esp. abhorrent. All job candidates deserve, at bare minimum, automated rejection notifications. To this day, I can fondly name multi people who respected me enough to relay “we went in another direction” news.
