Recasting Hoag was a terrible mistake, and replacing Koteas as Casey with Ernie Reyes Jr. just to get kid appeal in was pathetic. They could've still had Casey, and Koteas and Hoag had great chemistry. I honestly believe they gave Koteas two roles in TMNT 3 to make up for not being in TMNT 2.
