Proud @thetimes.com notes @hfcouncil.bsky.social is only place in England offering free home care to disabled & elderly residents. Great for Fulham, absent in Chelsea. Charging for care is a tax on disability, frailty, illness, old age. I welcome @andyburnham.bsky.social’s mission to fix this.
