Crazy antitrust idea: what if the ability to acquire had a market cap limit. Once you get big enough, it’s literally illegal to acquire. Ofc there would be loopholes and subsidiaries and advisory corporations etc etc but assuming those were closed because it’s already an impossible hypothetical
