This is one of those things that's true but meaningless. The average Republican is: 1) pro IVF but doesn't care. 2) likes abortion, but doesn't care. 3) supports immigrants, but doesn't care. 4) Wants to own a Tank and will vote for the GOP lockstep forever but this is the only issue they care
