It's not fear. They rigged it long before what you're seeing now. The fact that you think this is reactionary and not active subversion of our systems is itself alarming.
Im not an idiot, I know they've been attempting to rig elections for decades. Which is why I brought up gerrymandering. They ARE scared of losing if they don't cheat. I don't think it's reactionary, never said that. I think it is well planned. They are trying to ram everything through quickly
