Right off the bat, it’s unusually soft. Not crisp at all, except the corners. It’s possible they are being displayed in a humid environment, which is too bad. But there is a beautiful butter flavor that comes through, even from the outer crust, which is rare. Overall, sadly, it’s just above average.
