I'd love to see a study of the effects on faculty, students, and staff when they see their university as hypocritical, especially around issues of social justice. I imagine these are pretty common sentiments that have measurably negative effects. It'd be useful to have evidence of that.

None of these findings are particularly surprising, but they could be useful when making our cases to the higher ups. (Especially the one about student retention.)
