When my friends started having kids it was where I would go for the celebratory copy of Sleepy Kiwi & later the new Shaun Tan. As my own son grew up, it’s where I slowly built up the canon of bedtime reading books. Many of my wife’s birthdays have been saved by a side quest to the Taschen shelf.
