Don't limit it to one human, go back to the older movies. The Sirens are a human singing group. The suitors are a mix of muppets and humans. Instead of turning crewmen into pigs, the crewmen start as pigs and Circe turns them into humans (perhaps ones who can only talk in a thick Boston accent).
