The Tate brothers are being held in FDC Miami. Regardless of how you feel about them, the conditions there are widely reported to be awful. Part of the building is being used to hold ICE detainees, and I've heard and read complaints of constant lockdowns, overcrowding, and unsanitary conditions.

He has an employee who posts for him when he's busy/unavailable. They can't or just imitate his idiot-twelve-year-old writing style, but they still post in first person about how great he is. They did so when he was in Romanian jail, too.

yeah, something tells me all those ICE detainees haven't had their day in court. Wouldn't they also be innocent until proven guilty?

It's legally a regulatory violation, not a crime. Despite the punishment being literally banishment, the Court in its infinite wisdom has decided that it's not a legal punishment and you can get around most of the legal niceties respected for actual criminals.

i am sure it sucks a lot, but i doubt it’s being done to punish them, it’s because they’re high-profile targets and probably the correct decision from a safety standpoint.
