Does anyone know how to avoid this dialog when I want to distribute a native Windows .exe freeware? Is paying $200-300/yearly for an EV certificate the only way to avoid this (and the certificate does not protect the PC from anything, it just removed this dialog)? Can't find cheaper options :(
