The people who want to dismantle the ICC are the people who are afraid of being held accountable by the ICC. It's pretty simple.

Every city, every county, and every state has its own executive branch. They should all be inviting ICC investigations in their jurisdictions and signing pledges to cooperate with the apprehension of war criminals.
