Of course, the Gov Beshear can ignore Kentucky state law. But just because he can ignore it doesn’t mean everyone else will. The reason Trump can ignore the law is because the GOP controls both the US Congress & SCOTUS. Does Beshear have the same setup in the state of Kentucky?
