All commercial netted fishing gear worldwide should be multiple tagged so when it is found at the bottom of the ocean or wrapped around the body of a sea animal, it can be traced back to the owner of that fishing gear and that owner can be addressed directly by authorities. A simple solution.

People eat fish; there are innumeralbe bad consequence for eating our fellow Earth animals, including extinctions, climate change extreme disasters, water loss....
