You see the high tech strategy they're employing is stones and people standing around. Why we don't do this is beyond me but it's directly linked to the Democrats actively interfering with all efforts to stop it.

Unfortunately the political unity isn't there yet for the US

One important thing to note: workers and indigenous peoples organizations in Bolivia have a decades long history of mobilization. The Pochos Rojos are a tradition of resistance there for decades. And the recent MAS goverments created a very strong popular base of resistance.
