I feel very scared that I can't meet my deadlines, I need to draw to survive. Job search is completely hopeless right now. I should be grateful but I just can't stop feeling anxious, at night I couldn't rest and sleep, it's affecting my productivity

I apologise for the trauma dumping, I just need an outlet to pour my feelings. The new psychiatrist told me to go to emergency if I am in distress, I can't afford to lose time so I don't know I can last for how long

I'm so sorry you're going thru this. I'm glad your current doctor is taking things seriously (idk wtf the previous doctor was thinking). Do you have a Venmo or something? I'm sure everyone would rather you focus on your health instead of worrying about deadlines 🫂 You matter. Please take care.

thank you so much. Unfortunately I can only meet this new doctor once due to circumstances & will see my regular doctor back in 2 weeks. I hope he'll have a better solution for me. I'm so sorry to hear you're stuck with your old doctor. Please know your concerns and symptoms are not "superficial" (It feels like a violation of the hippocratic oath for them to say that!!). Your feelings are real and you're valid. I hope you're able to switch doctors eventually ❤️ Please stay safe

I'm very sorry you're dealing with this and I'm glad that your new psychiatrist is worried about you and seems more serious than the previous one. Please take care of your health first. You cannot work if you're in the brink of death. If you can rest first and heal, it would be nice.
