List of medication I am on after today meeting with psychiatrist: Mirtazapine 60mg Alprazolam 500mcg Diazepam 10mg Olanzapine 20mg Desvenlafaxine 50mg Flupentixol injection 40mg every 3 weeks Hope I can sleep better and be more productive after today's session

So the psychiatrist I have been meeting for months no longer in the team? They rotate psychiatrists a lot and I'm just feeling dreadful and anxious of seeing different psychiatrist each time 🫠🫠😭😭

[TW/CW overdose, suicidal ideation] I went to the hospital today because my anxiousness is unbearable, and the psychiatrist said I overdosed and wanted to send me to the ward. I said I can't, I can't afford to lose time and not being able to work accordingly to my deadlines.

Today is the 1st year anniversary of my dad's passing. He loves durian a lot, there's one time I ate all of them and he was shocked and sad I didn't left him any. Sorry dad, this time I will eat them and hope to share with you. Hope you are doing well ❤️
