Allister Heath is not really a conservative in any meaningful sense of the word, he's been a radical far right satirical comedian who isn't self aware enough to understand what he is for years. He is completely without sanity.

There used to be several issues that could be common - infrastructure, defense, food safety, a few others. Now, it's a bad clown show.

I don't see how it's sustainable. Or, is my naivety trying to protect me? It's so ugly, cruel, stupid, & bleak. We gotta beat them.

Nothing is destroyed. Conservatives (and liberals) always acted in accordance within capitalist reasoning. They always zave and will always push aside what had to be pushed aside for the growth of capital.

They've always been the loons, but now they feel free to express themselves in public so all can hear and see the nonsense. They no longer bother to couch their ideas in serious sounding words. George Wallace would be a mainstream conservative today.
