I've lived in Austin for 36 years, and it hasn't been 110 in Austin this year. Or any recent years. The all-time high is 112, and we haven't hit that since 2011. Either that's a bullshit chart or it's a "feels like" chart. What it isn't is an accurate chart of temperatures.
