(1) Can it scale up if ridership reaches critical levels, (2) does it use readily available/common parts, (3) is it accessible, and (4) can it accommodate TOD and adjacent densification? I'm not sure the answer is yes to any of these. Seems like Oshawa just wants more room for cars.
