I suspect that by the end of this year, we will find out that we have already passed the point of no return with regard to climate change. The planet will survive. Whether humanity does, who knows. We are such arrogant fools.

It's something my husband says all the time. The world will be FINE without us. In fact, it would have some time to heal once it finally sheds us off like the ornery shitty parasite humanity actually became not only to itself but to the entire planet. WE are done, the planet will LIVE ON past us. 🤷♀️
