TRUMP DOES NOT HAVE IMMUNITY FROM AUDITS. He simply does not. It doesn't matter there is an agreement that says he does. It is simply illegal for him to sign such an agreement. If I sign a settlement agreement that says I'm immune to bullets, it doesn't actually make me immune to bullets.
