Here, water quality. We have packed beaches right across Toronto all summer long. 50 years ago there weren’t lifeguards on beaches, there were warnings not to swim. I grew up with bald eagles as birds I’d have to travel hours to see. A pair have nested here on Toronto Islands, 2 years in a row.
