Please please please start a class action lawsuit against these companies. States? Small Businesses? Individuals?

I want my fauxking money!! We paid that damn money for tariffs not those corporations!! Can we sue?!? I want to sue!! Class action????

I've shopped at Walmart a lot. All of it connected to my loyalty app.... I'm expecting a refund through that app to give me credits at Walmart

You are never going to convince me that the tariffs and the refunds were always planned as a massive transfer of wealth from regular people to billionaires. It's clearly no coincidence that this is EXACTLY how it worked out. Every aspect of tariffs were designed to steal from us.

These refunds are on top of the higher consumer prices we all paid for their products. We all have already paid them. We get no refund. They get a windfall.

I paid a $979 tariff on a table from Italy. I cannot file for a refund, the importer has to. They said that they had to meet a certain “threshold” to qualify, to be able to file, which they haven’t met. This is pure bullshit.

Let's not forget how many of these corporations have employees who are (or at least were) getting food stamps to turn around and purchase food at the same store that won't pay the employees a living wage or give them more hours.

This was a corporate heist. Lawyers knew how tariffs work, this outcome was predictable and that money is stolen from hundreds of millions of Americans, now it's being laundered through these corporate return checks and any corporations accepting these checks are accepting stolen property.
