This does not fix the fact that CMs Hollingsworth and Foster lied about means testing, nor does it fix the fact that CM Hollingsworth continues insulting the intelligence of voters by asserting that "means testing" is a concept that we're all apparently too ignorant to understand.

The council was forced into doing the right thing. They should not be applauded because they retreated from their cruelty. Those who voted to remove universal school lunches still need to be primaried and removed from office.
