The only reasons why blockades are up is that Trump wants Cuba for his own resource & biz deals. He wants the paradise. The second reason is Russia. Putin wants influence there for closer surveillance on us & harbor access for his Navy. Cuba’s decline is AMERICA in ten years with millions of poor.
