Which only confirms my point - once it's inside Ukraine it's Ukrainian cargo on Ukrainian railcars/trucks. Clearly not something anyone would respond to if it was attacked. If it's in Poland or Romania, or other NATO territory, then Putin isn't able or willing to take the risk of an attack.
