That's what they're doing! Iranian drones are part of the Russian war against Ukraine, you can't separate those and say "yeah, well, these are *Iranian* drones, so it's fine if Russia use those to kill Ukrainians". Iranian shipments to RU are valid military targets as long as Iran is a supplier.
