The Edmonton Heritage Festival has long been major source of canned/packaged food donations to the Edmonton Food Bank. But I was speaking with Food Bank bosses last night, and this year they are asking people NOT to bring food items to Hawrelak Park. Cash donations still gratefully accepted. Why?..
