We can salve our conscience by eating very little, and making that organic (when we do) but any veggie who does that knows it's a minefield anyway, if the argument is "It's better for the animals". It would be better if all of those animals had never been forced to be born, to serve us body parts.

Weird, I can't see what you've said either! I assume nothing. I know it's all hard, but I've been a vegetarian* since I was 14 and I'm now 57. If the 'good' way is for folk globally to stop eating products made by or using animals, then any step away from that is one of personal conscience.

You finding it difficult is the issue here, unfortunately. We are at crisis - end of civilisation - point with CO2. Whether people think it's difficult is a debate for someone else, ie: how to get people to realise the opportunities for the whole planet if they start thinking differently.
