Hauahauahya YES I actually recorded the whole timelapse through OBS (will post it later), but I mistakenly hit "start live" that session and I didn't really notice at first, so I ended up streaming part of the process. Out of sheer luck my laptop didn't crash (i want to resume streaming...)

(Forest) God bless they INDEED made a whole new dub and localization without mr. C.'s script! That's one of the reasons I am so happy, I used to know the old dub before C.'s and when I went back for the rerun with his work - memes aside, we italians still laugh - I was appalled to say the least...

Heuheueheu it's almost crazy that I kind of picked the palette (pic here) in a very fast way. I had a few pics of official mononoke background art with me as references, but it went really smooth! Did some correction throughout the pixeling but it has been exceptionally smooth sailing!

Hehe yes! It's somewhat of a big canvas and I usually use way less colors, too! But I really felt like doing a study/portfolio-ish piece and go for something different, more akin to my past experiences with painting and concept art

Yeah! I mean, it's not really a "rough" tutorial that scares me, it's the "methodical" approach to bad, wrong or inconsistent teaching / tutorials that are hurtful to people, made just to get the numbers going! It's definitely the "grifting" feeling that makes me sad

I didn't know about these "tutorial reviewers". The idea itself gives me the chills, probably evern more so than bad tutorials / engagement farms 🥶
