i love the format ... it's what i do with my Death of Comics Bookcase books (although since it's all written by me, I invariably end up connecting stories), which is also how I know that they can be a tough sell in this age of short attention spans, where people just want a punchy one sentence pitch

ignoring that the economics just entirely don't work ... imagine if some heroic comics publisher did like a new version of Dark Horse Presents for 2026? those people would be suffocated with cheers and goodwill

The thing is I get books I buy every now and again in slightly bigger bags than the BCS, but obviously they don’t have branding on them … so trying to figure out where they come from!
