Got passed over a promised promotion for a less qualified candidate. It's difficult to under state how hard I have worked for this job and been taken advantage of. There are stories and receipts. Probably for the best, considering. Started looking for a new opportunity today. Wish me luck.

Saw "The Ick" on Tubi and it's such a discerning observation of modern society - all the way from the double entendre of the films name to its satirical deliberation of current social deviance that's masked as acceptable for its cliques. It's splashes of brilliance and fun w/a great cast. ✔️ It out

If you know of this you know how people can turn heinous when rules and accountability are removed from the equation. It likely ties into/helps explain some of our nature regarding anonimity on the internet and even the enablement of our current administration. If you don't, research it.

Yoooooo X-men 97 season 2 is out!

I'll be 100% skipping this one. Final Fantasy was good but it kinda lends itself to the format. I just personally don't vibe with this. Hopefully others will enjoy it though.

Kay's awesome. I got to meet her after a show once and she was so kind and genuine after having just rocked out. I got super excited when I found her on here and saw she hadn't changed but grown even more. Thanks for sharing @crobertcargill.bsky.social as I had missed this.

Supergirl is a lot better than you think. I get that's a weird way to applaud a movie. The themes arent in your face but significant. The iconic shots are used well. Lobo is fun. The contrast between Kal El and her will at some point be pivotal. I'm thinking Crisis on Infinite Earths is coming.
