I'm gonna sound ignorant because I know very little about python but really my main problem that uv was intended to solve was that making a bunch of local environments normally takes up an unnecessarily large amount of space. Does this do anything about that problem?

Today I found out that almost everything I've done these last few months in my PhD was based on misunderstandings and is completely wrong, but somehow it didn't make me feel very bad because now I know what the right way is. Weird feeling.
