We love that people wish to sign up for our event! We just ask for some patience during this time due to a large number of applications 😅

Our previous event in 2025 saw a record number of sign-ups for us - 327! This is less than the number of users we have on the site, as many register without signing up to an event. Our Discord has over 600 members, but as with many servers not all of these users are active.

While it does help to have your accounts in English, it's not a requirement! We have some staff who speak Spanish, but we can also use translation sites to assist if your account is in a language we're not familiar with.

You do need to be somewhat active on social media in order to join our event. We don't expect people to be glued to their accounts 24/7, but we require a good number of posts going back several months on one account.

Honestly, we have no idea! We don't think we've reached it just yet 😂 If you feel your posts are getting quite lengthy, there is a Spoiler function that can hide images and text which can help break up long posts. This function is also very useful for hiding sensitive topics that need a warning.

We won't close sign-ups after the event starts. We don't feel it's fair on people who find out about is late, or who have other reasons for delaying their participation. We understand if you have concerns about participant conduct and encourage you to report anything if it is an issue.

Custom coding is not an option on our site for various reasons, one of those simply being the limitation of the software we use. Our site uses a WYSIWYG editor and you can copy-paste formatting from other documents to get around our limitations.
