This is fucking great. The only thing I'd like more is if the city funded the whole thing right now by taking $7 million out of the EPS budget. And arts centre and housing will do more to make life better than $7 million worth of cops ever could.

Some genres, like the classic bedroom farce, are all about the audience recognizing tropes and conventions and merrily anticipating what comes next. I do love a "everyone hides behind the same screen and under the same bed" scene!
Watching some of the commercials airing during the Jays game. Phone footage, mixed with DSLR or mirrorless footage, mixed with stock footage, mixed with ai animation...none of if colour graded or with any effort to make a cohesive visual story of any kind.
