... there also appears to be a toggle in the throat chop mod that just says STOP BOUNCING so i mean it probably does EXACTLY this

SDHL,.JKDSJKLHJKLSD HERE!! you go to your mod's advanced editing tab -> go to 'meta manipulations' and in the very first tab it shows you (EQP) you pop in the armor piece's ID and you can toggle it off with a checkbox on the right! make sure to hit apply changes top left and you SHOULD be good!

yas moment... you can metadata toggle breast physics on the gearpiece if you want!!
