I love cat's toes! When my Shadow was alive, I used to marvel at how long his toes were and how each bean was either black or pink. He liked when I petted his toes and he would do biscuits in the air like your kitten.

Agreed. However, because it is decades long and entrenched in our government, it certainly will not be resolved in my lifetime.
