The glory of wild spring flowers is such a joy after the greys and greens of winter 🌞🙏🏻 I love their return and relish it every year 😊 plus all the wonderful edible/medicinal plants return, a link that stretches back eons and is often forgotten relationship, which can be rekindled with joy 🙌🏻

Turns out walking into he’ll mouth is an amazing experience 🙌🏻😄 I mean the beach in Wales of course 🏖️ Then to Anglesey to spend time getting to know NEWBOROUGH WARREN - YNYS LLANDDWYN SSSI, which is an amazing site, with massive historical and ecological significance for the U.K. 🌲🫶🏻🏕️🙏🏻🌀

After a heavy week at work it was great to find peace with The Nature 🌞🥰 Spring is just beginning and with Ostara it was a spiritual journey into the rebirth of the cycle of the seasons, which mirror the seasons of our lives 🙏🏻🏕️🌀

It’s hard to have an interest in nature, conservation and reducing your environmental footprint without an interest in Permaculture 🪴 gotta say, I love it 🥰 My first seedlings have sprouted 🌱 heralding the start of the growing cycle 😄 I wonder what the season will bring ☺️🌀

Winter Solstice - Our oldest known festival 🙌🏻🌄 To me it was, and is, a festival of death and rebirth, of the life journey itself 🙏🏻 We remember all those who have passed, and wish them well and let them know they are still loved 🥰 and we do this for those still with us! 🌞🌄 So happy Solstice all! 🤗

Wild camping holds a very special place in my heart- I started at the Tanger age of 14 knowing nothing and learning so much the hard way but that feeling of connection with nature always gets me coming back. Enjoy 🌄⛺️🌞🥰

Wild camping above the snow line demands skill, grit, and practice. The hard routine becomes normal—cold, damp, discomfort. But waking to a sunrise on Scafell Pike, alone with your choices and triumphs, makes every step worth it. Carry your world up, and the mountain gives back.

Autumn’s been full of change—last harvests, golden leaves, a few final climbs, and Cap’s first wild camp right in the middle of the red deer rut 🦌 We made chutney from 2.7kg of green tomatoes, showed Alice the woods, and now the cold snap reminds us winter’s on the way 🍂❄️🌀

Dropped at the treeline. Foraged meadowsweet for tea, cooked a simple dinner, and watched light fade over an ancient valley. Packed up with care, walked home in soft rain. One quiet night outdoors — just what I needed. #Trailkraft #SoloCamp #LeaveNoTrace
