15 years is a good run, though!

We’re going to give it a respectful sendoff and have already ordered another 3-cup Zojirushi. As with beloved pets, we will learn to love the new one but it can never replace the original.

How does one get through life with zero self-respect?!

A few weeks ago we started having trouble getting it to actually turn on. We babied it along for a while, but it really is done with it all now, and has a valid DNR, so we are respecting its wishes. We used it frequently, and will be replacing it with the same (well, updated) model
