(I do in general prefer to print out my patterns since I've had too many times where a file, screenshot etc. has gone wonky on my phone RIGHT when I need to reference it, le sigh)

I've come across a number lately (coincidentally, ie I don't think it's a trend) that are "free in this blog post with ads, ad-free version for purchase!" and I will simply copy and paste the relevant bits into a word doc and then save that thing as a PDF lol

I will confess to taking screenshots of a LOT of digital patterns (like magazines my library has digital subscriptions to) and then compiling them into PDFs for my personal library/to print out when I work on a pattern 😅

Can you, uh, ctrl+p or screenshot the patterns so you can save them to your computer at least? 😅

A lot of those trees are cherry blossom trees so it's rather delightful to look at when they're blooming! (though not delightful to be there because omg, so many people at all times of the day 😅)

Any local drawing classes (at like a library, community center, community college etc.) that you could hit up? I think a lot of the library systems I have used have had at least very informal art classes on a semi-regular basis!

Oh man really? I don't think I went into the Dealer's Hall in cosplay (I know that normally I just overheat and die so I try to do the DH in casual clothes) and folks tend to not recognize me out of cosplay 😅 ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that you did though!
